Picking Up Goods
Sakkho tiles require special care when being picked up or delivered. Due to the nature of the products various aspects must be considered when taking title of goods purchased.

Sakkho products are usually presented either boxed or loose according to the type of goods. Sakkho tiles come either as:
a. Loose items
b. Carton boxes
c. Tiles on pallet
While we welcome requests to include a specific packaging, Sakkho will choose the packaging at its own discretion according to stock availability; and bulk orders for direct use will usually be available for pick up either loose or on pallets without cardboard boxes.
Goods must be paid in full before being released from our warehouse for pick up or delivery.
If products you have purchased are readily available in stock, please check for pick up availability and make arrangements with Sakkho should you want to pick them up.
If products are not in stock Sakkho will advise you once they have arrived and are ready to be collected.
When picking up goods, you will be asked for:
a. Your order/invoice number
b. A Photo I.D.
c. For goods purchased online the credit card used must be shown.
Sakkho expressly reserves the right to have Products ordered available for pick up in any number of separate lots.
Our Pick Up rules apply to all collections whether made by the buyer, by someone else or by a third party carrier on behalf of the buyer.
We will advise you if goods need to be palletized. Standard Costs associated with supplying pallets, wrapping and handling fees be discussed with you prior collection.
Change in pick up time and day is acceptable provided that alternative pick up time is agreed or delivery is organized within a reasonable time. Once you are notified that the goods are ready to be picked up, we usually allow 1 to 3 days for collection.

For large orders, we may require up to 48 hours to prepare large items.
Pick up is not available during weekends or public holidays.
Please note that our staff will only help you load goods onto the vehicle and it is your responsibility to ensure goods are properly placed and secured.
Our staff has instruction:
a. Not load goods exceeding your vehicle loading restrictions or limitations
b. To comply with restrictions and regulations limiting the amount of product allowed to be loose loaded into vehicles.
c. Other reasons for refusing to load goods are but not limited to:
• Size of load compared to the vehicle towing capacity
• Suitability of the vehicle or trailer to safely carry the load
• Missing or incorrect use of barriers, gates, a containment cage or restraining devices
• Non-complying trailers
Upon refusal to load you can accept and sign for goods; while goods are waiting at the pickup area, Sakkho will generally allow you reasonable time to make arrangement to load the goods; or
if goods need to be moved back into the warehouse for any reason to clear the way or to be stored at your request, the prescribed storage fees will apply.
Once paid for, goods will be stored on your behalf for a reasonable time allowing pick up or delivery. Usually 1 to 3 days time after which if your goods are not collected or delivery discussed and organized, storage fees apply.
a. Storage fees start from $1.40 per cubic meter per day and may vary.
b. Storage fees vary with the warehouse location.
c. Minimum storage fees charged is $35 covering administrative fees.
d. The minimum cubic volume used will be one (1) cubic meter.
After 3 days, if paid items have not been collected or delivery organized, we will notify you of our intention to store goods on your behalf at the prescribed rate for 30 days; time after which goods will be considered forfeited. Forfeited goods will be either donated or re-sold at Sakkho discretion.

Generally, there will be a designated pick up area and in the interest of health and safety and security, you will not be allowed inside the warehouse.
Photo identification may be required upon collection before we release goods.
a. A printed copy of the order you placed with us OR an email copy on a phone, PDA, iPad, laptop
b. For first time collectors and for any order over $100, we also require photo ID with the same family name & address that you have on the order.
If you are sending someone else to collect your order, notify us by email with the name of the person collecting the order on your behalf:
a. Sakkho requires that you notify us via email at least 48 hours prior collection.
b. The email must be sent from the same email address as on your order.
In some circumstances, Sakkho may refuse to release goods. Some reasons are but not limited to:
a. The outstanding balance on goods
b. Site conditions
c. Force majeure
d. Weather conditions
e. Any pick up that would otherwise breach any local or international Law.
