1. Goods Presentation and Packaging

Sakkho products are usually presented either boxed or loose according to the type of goods. Sakkho tiles come either as:

a. Loose items
b. Carton boxes
c. Tiles on pallets

While we welcome requests to include a specific packaging, Sakkho will choose the packaging at its own discretion according to stock availability; and bulk orders for direct use will usually be available for pick up either loose or on pallets without cardboard boxes.

2. Goods Payment

Goods must be paid in full before being released from our warehouse for pick up or delivery.

3. Delivery

Delivery and associated costs are the buyer's responsibility. Sakkho products are usually delivered on your behalf using the most appropriate delivery method including third party carrier.
Sakkho expressly reserves the right to have Products ordered available for delivery in any number of separate lots.

4. Delivery of Goods on Pallets

Costs associated with supplying goods on pallets, wrapping and handling fees will be included within the total delivery fees.

5. Change to a Delivery

Once you request a change to a delivery and it is accepted by Sakkho, delivery will be done according to new changes canceling previous arrangements.
Sakkho requires notification before 12 pm the day before delivery of any changes to quantity of product, changes to product or delivery address.
When third party carrier are used for delivery and goods are already with the carrier, changes in delivery and related cost adjustments must be arranged with the third party carrier.
Any delivery or delivery booking fee already paid may be forfeited upon cancellation and a late notification and administration fee of $35 may apply.

6. Delivery Time

As each local or international order is different, delivery options and estimated delivery time (ETA) will be discussed when ordering goods.

7. Re-Delivery

When the initially agreed delivery is missed, you will need to make new arrangements with the carrier and make cost adjustment accordingly as per the carrier Terms of Delivery.

8. Unloading Time - Demurrage

Most deliveries allow about 1 hour for unloading - anything over 1 hour is charged extra
For demurrage involving a Sakkho delivery driver, time slot allowed is 1 hour and any additional time required will be charged at a rate of $1.15 per minute (inc GST). Demurrage will be invoiced separately from any initial invoice.

For demurrage involving a third party transport company, arrangements must be made directly with the company.

9. Storage

Once paid for, goods will be stored on your behalf for a reasonable time allowing pick up or delivery. Usually 1 to 3 days time after which if your goods are not collected or delivery organized, a storage fee applies.

For current storage fees, visit the Picking Up Goods section.

10. Compliant Site

As the purchaser, it is your legal liability to provide a safe delivery location. In Australia, the site must be OH&S compliant with a clear and safe access to the site. Site conditions should be monitored to ensure suitable access and any site concerns should be raised and discussed with Sakkho. Please advise the delivery company of any changes to site conditions as they arise to assist in delivering your product safely.

11. Bad Weather

If the weather may be an issue affecting a delivery, contact Sakkho or the delivery company to re-schedule delivery for another day allowing the weather to improve.

12. Refusal to Deliver

In some circumstances, Sakkho may refuse to deliver goods. Some reasons are but not limited to:

a. The outstanding balance on goods
b. Delivery site conditions
c. Force majeure
d. Weather conditions
e. Any delivery that would otherwise breach any local or international Law.
